What is a shadow box lamp?
A small printed box with an LED on a tube. The cut panels throw your picture as a shadow on the wall. A lithophane is different: the photo glows through the plastic.
How do I get the STL?
Drop in a photo, PNG, JPG, WEBP, or SVG. Check the silhouette, tune the shape, then download one fused print, separate plates, or only the parts you need.

What is the difference between a shadow lamp and a lithophane?
A lithophane glows through thin plastic to show a photo. A shadow lamp blocks light with cut panels and throws a large silhouette on the wall, so it needs a clean outline rather than a photo.
What print settings work best for a shadow lamp?
Most makers use 0.2 mm layers and 15 to 20 percent infill. Use opaque dark filament for the walls so no light leaks, and tree supports for floating parts.
Is it safe to use a bulb in a 3D printed shadow lamp?
Use only a low-power LED. Never use incandescent or halogen bulbs or a real flame, because heat can warp the plastic.
